Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.

We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Events beyond our control

Orzu Collective is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping costs will apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery, including your order number and photos where applicable.
